Introductory and Short Courses
Due to many requests, we have produced these one-day courses for those who wish to gain a basic
understanding of a therapy out of personal interest to be used on family and friends.
They are also a great way for those interested on taking up holistic therapies professionally
to get a 'taster' before committing to a full course.
The "Introduction to Aromatherapy" and "Introduction to Massage" are two one-day courses over one
weekend. These courses can be taken separately, but together they provide an excellent beginners set of
skills for providing therapy for family and friends.
